Dynoed my E55 today
Dynoed my 55 today and made 402 whp and 465 wtq on a notoriously conservative/low dyno. Did 2 runs completely stock, and 2 runs with the green filters in. Green filters only added 1whp. Relatively cheap hp/per dollar ratio.
Here is the link to my dyno sheet and video's on the dyno. I am not e-literate so my buddy Jared hosted them for me.

The guy that runs the Dyno builds 6 sec. Mustangs and Chevy's, he was quite impressed and thinks it has at least 20 more whp if he could lean it out. I am still debating what tuning company to go with and to be honest Activie Autowerke's is starting to look good, but I will probably go Kleeman or Evosport. I can get a great deal on Renntech through a friend, but they seem too conservative. I have some time to figure it out. I don't want to mod it until I hit 4k on the odo. cause I want the piston rings to seat properly.

NICE........ i got a 04 E55 stage 3 kleemann i just dynoed it i got 470whp...... but i got the same problem like yours which is the mixture... i spoke to someone from kleemann they said they cant do anything for that, it goes rich cause of the heat, it protects the engine.... please tell me if there is a way to make it leaner..

The absolute best automatics will not be better than 19-20% (typically autos are 20-21%. The best front engine rear drive manual transmission cars wont be better than 17%. And the best rear transaxle cars have 15% drivetrain loss. 19-20% are the numbers you should be using.

any reason that RENNtech on website for dynosheets recommends 1.23 (assume 23% drive-train loss?) multipiler for rear wheel conversion to crank. can see if independent dealer selling the mods would maybe market this way to entice buyer , but for RENN to post on site seems interesting. any idea why that conversion factor? thanks.

Actually, that works out to about 18.5%.
400 rwhp TIMES 1.23 equals 492 crank hp.
400 rwhp DIVIDED by .815 equals ~491 crank hp
I hope this helps.

23% is too generous, tahts just boosting their numbers to make them look better. AMG autos are the best out there so they are probably right around 20%. sport autos are around 21%, the absolute worst autos are 23-25%. if you use 20% it will be closest estimate to your real cran k numbers. 1.23 is too high though thats for sure. Its DEFINITELY not the 15% that alot of these guys on the E55 forum have been claiming, those numbers are WAAAY off. hope that helps.
