Slaughtered an M5 today
I was Driving my dads E55 back from the dealership and right as i pull out of the dealer a brand new M5 comes up right next to me at the ligt. he looks at me and gives me a wierd stare, because im pretty young(17) and i was driving a 90K car. He looks away, and when the light turned green he stepped on it. We went up to 110 and i put about 2 cars on him. Boy did the look on his face make me laugh

The German car magazine 'Sport Auto' tested the E55 K8, and it was slightly quicker on the 200 km/h (124 mls)!
But 4,6 sec. to 100 km/h (62 mls) and that is slower as an stock E 55!

K8 is like stage 1 for RennTech or Kleeman...
2 car lenghts is fine.... to 110 for simple pulley and ecu.
Most M5 owners think that even modded E55 are no match for the SMGiii and 7 gears. I think its true above 120, but not in the real world of city traffic and freeway cruising.

Or is Drivers Ed your only source of training?
I wonder about yours and other people on the road safety, since at 17 you can't have that much of real driving experience that comes with many years behind the wheel (in various conditions) or can be accelerated by a proper school(like Skip Barber etc)

it wasent directley when i pulled out that i floored it, when i pulled out, he was right behind me and he was going in my direction and we raced a couple intersections down the read. as for experience, i learned to drive a manual car when i was 6 years old, yes 6, in a volkswagen beetle haha, and i used go to dromo1 every weekend since the 6th grade(indoor go kart course). Im not the best driver compared to some of you guys on this forum but for my age,17, i am an extremely weel coordinated driver and i know how to control every aspect of all the carts i drive, because i try to get used to the car before i start to do crazy things wiht them

Who cares if he's young? It's not like he goes out racing the E55 none stop. We all had some fun back when we were young so please stop talking like you drove like an angel when you were 16.
