Stock Performance Comparisons
Why do we see such large variations in stock performance? Dyno results appear to vary as much as 40 rwhp and statements of members indicate wide variation in ability to maintain traction from a roll. What could explain such differences in cars that are essentially identical?
My car is very quiet and smooth, and pulls hard, so I know it's mechanically sound, but its no monster like some of the cars I read about in this forum. Do you think the difference is hardware or software? If the latter, then I need to make a change. If the former, it appears I'm stuck with a sedate version of the Beast.
