2006 E55 - obsidian black, all options except pano roof - gone but not forgotten
almost stalled
The other day under full bore acceleration was changing lanes. Felt the tires loose their grip a little and right then the tach needle dropped and the car slowed down, and then picked right back up. Felt like traction kicking in but I don't remember seeing the traction light come on.

Sounds like ESP.
What gear were you in and at what speed. how did you get the tires loose? If you did it by jerking lanes, that is ESP for sure. I can get mine to bark shifting into 3rd if I yank lanes.
