Mt. Palomar Observatory is pretty cool!

Also I won't go too deep into it, since I LOVE my E and I drove all the AMGs at the Challenge, but a C32 on the twisties should be all over an E55?? Hehe.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I want to put my 20" to the test on the twisty road, let's go. What time should we meet?
I even had the locals come hunt me down once when i stopped for a drink up there. Thoese people are creeeeeepy....
At any rate, I do not care about time. You guys decide. I would like you all to go, so i hope we can get a time that is cool with everyone.
On another note, I am back to tweaking the rear again. The front is mint with the 275/35s on 18X9 et39. But, I was doing some launching runs against a friend's tricked out Cobra so I lowered the air to about 20 on both rears to improve traction. We did our thing. i smoked him (barely!!). Then, I noticed I had rubbed some. we went for a twisty ride and I definitely had some MINOR rubbing. I raised the air pressure (hot) up to 40 and went for another ride. The traction dropped some (as it should), but the rubbing went away. Now, I have decided that the ET28 rims are just too set out. I am taking them to GPM Engineering on Wed to have them adjusted. The lucky thing is that these AMG rims just have some extra metal on the hub side to give it the added offset, so I can shave them. I guess it is lucky that these rims are not that nice, or there would be no room to play there. We will see. I know I am playing with fire by taking the liability into my own hands, but I think I am making an educated decision.
At any rate, I need to decide what setup to roll with since the work won't be done till next week. I will definitely have the 275s on the front, just so I can get a witness that the stock rear setup works GREAT on the front.
I will probably go ahead and put the 295s on the rear and just keep the air above 35psi (hot) to avoid the rub. The handling doesn't matter as much with the rear, since I do very little Tokyo drifting.
Let's get some times locked in. I can go anytime, so I don't care. Are there any times anyone just can't do? Or can we come to some concensus on when?

I'll PM those that posted with my cell number so it'll be easier. Again, anyone welcome. All in fun and a chance to see what the different wheel and tire setups does to the feel of our cars.

Going 15N, take the Via rancho Parkway exit as if you were going to the Wild Animal Park. Take a right. There is a Shell and then a Chevron on your imidiate right.
