The answers:

Vadim would you guys consider selling the extra idler pulley seperate?
That will be up to evosport.

Posting the video would be very useful to all. Please.
Since I no longer work at evosport, I do not have access to it.

If I purchase the Evosport-evolution 1 power package today, is the set up you described above what I will get?
Correct.

Thumbs up This is what I'm talkin about!

We all need this setup... See pics... Also check out this link http://www.billetflow.com/IdlerBracket.htm Unless someone else comes up with a similar product, I'll try and mimic below using the same pullys.

Blue, Black, Silver or Red guys? ...Mmmmmm Decisions?

I wonder if the company would make up a custom batch for a group order?

So what do ya all think?

You can get thos flat (backside) idlers from GM parts all day long. I had like 3 of them laying on a workbench until I threw them away a few months ago. That's basically the same idea I plan to try implementing. Get more belt wrap and stop that long-run belt oscilation.

I don't believe one is available for mercs.

They may customize one if there were enough orders...

Unfortunately I don't have a mounting bracket yet, as I said before... If a commercial option isn't available, I'll make it myself.

I'm assuming in your third question that your asking about an ASP pulley setup?... I don't know anything about that particular brand, but most obviously would suffer the same problems as the other brands.

Are you pulley-Less at the moment? Apparently the new EVO version has been corrected but haven't seen any specs or photos to date.

Maybe you should investigate this option.

Get the EVO Mk II set only if the slip problem has been corrected. You will need to investigate further. Let me know what you find out.

Anyway, it's not the big pulley that slips but the small one on the supercharger. Thats why we need to wrap the pulley up.

See Photos above.

Cheers.

I also need some instructions and tips on how to prepare and install thier headers !!!
