gain : your car will sound badass-- i did it to my S-klass and it rumbles so good- it turns heads ! Basicly what i'm trying to say your call will sound 10 times better under hard acceleration !
gain: less weight ! gain about a .1th ! haha

You will most lilely not hear or feel any difference. Resonators remove some of the higher-frequency sound waves from the exhaust tone. If you remove them, it's possible that the sound could get a little louder, but not better. Since these are straight-through designs on the E55, power won't be affected.

Removed my resonators (E55k) and there is barely a difference in sound and no noticeable gains in power. You will need to bump the resonators and the post cats to get any good sound changes.
