that car is from asia,could be japan, theres a whole mercedes car club and all there benzo's are slammed with air bags ( air suspension) you can find all the cars on cardomain.com i havent seen them in a while just search for them on the 211 e class. But thats how they ride out there with all there luxory cars, if you pickup a japanese lowrider magazine ( by the way which cost $13.00) you'll see BMW, Lexus,MB, Jaguars all with hydraulics and air bags.
