550i bimmer pull on the 55
may i count this as a kill. driving to work very early this morning in the city. saw headlights close on my bumper at stoplight. at next light, the car comes up on my left...no rev/ no prob.; i pull away slowly and he guns it-me being barely awake and w/out my coffee just laughed to myself. i catch him at the next light and pull up on his right. kill? i roll down my window and he does the same, then i say, "what is that, a 550?" he responds w/ a mystified look, "yeah." then i say, "are you fu4&ing kidding me...you are trying to pull on this 55 w/ that thing-that's laughable." he just looked at me stunned w/ no response. then i slowly pull away rolling up my window... Klub 55, may this be notched as a "W?" ha-thanks.

No it does not!! You have to either do the deed flat out or at least slap him upside the head with a nice burnout. he still has no clue, so your job of embarassing him is left short. Shame on you and coffee is no excuse, since the E55 is 1/10th sec fatsre if you are holding a full mug.

will see again. will kill. end story. would be funny if he claimed a kill given that i slowly pulled out and kept at speed. i literally pulled up at next light at normal speed as when i initially left, then proceeded to let him know what a jack-a$$ futile move that was. i did wait for a response, but just got blank stare before last dig and drive away. funny. maybe a m3 will try and pull on me tomorrow...hilarious.

My oldman has a 550i.....quick car and handles very well with the sport package, close to e39 M5 fast (but still a tad off from that).
W211 E55 fast? Not a chance in hell.

I'm sure we all have cars that arent worth our gas money do what the 550 did, but I don't think I've ever made a comment to make someone feel that low.
