Test Drove E63 Today While My Beast Was In For Service
Pros 1) new shifter paddles(more responsive with a click feel)
2)Quieter motor and exhaust
3)Spoiler already installed
4)Transmission feels firm on shifts
Cons 1)Shifty transmission
2)less torque
3)new wheels ugly
4)front chrome grill looks like a cliff
Tomorrow: The salesman and I try my E55 vs. E63

hahaha i don't know if i think that's a cool salesman or a shady one. I am leaning towards good since i am no where near ready for an E63 :Y
As far as the wheels go...i think everyone who dislikes them are crazy! It is one of my favorite additions to the car. Personally i think the amg wheels as seen on the E55 is a bit played out. They were smart to go with the black inserts as i feel that's going to be the new thing. Black center was very popular (its a little dying out but still very popular) so they went with that route. Just my .2 cents.
Can't wait to hear about the e55 vs e63 comparo

(unless your saying the engine's mechanical noise eg clattering, is quieter from the outside, then yes thats a pro. But the quieter exhaust still a con for me!)
