I hear good things about them. Id avoid Walnut Creek if I were you though. They do good work, but at the price of poor service and no loaners.

i used to go to steve fisher at park ave in palo alto. good guy. no probs.

the tech he used to source jobs to moved to Autobahn. His name is Elliot Dan. Awesome tech. However, he's said some pretty alarming things about Autobahn's service dept (business ethics), which would make one quite apprehensive about taking a car in for service there.

My cousin bought an E there last week and the sale's office is pretty good, but I wasn't all too crazy about the service center.

Where else does everyone go to? How about the one in SJ or SF. My sister has been happy with the one in SJ.

Cheers

Thanks for everyone's input.

I was thinking of the one at Tully and Capital.

Cheers

I’m the exact opposite, I refuse to bring my car to Autobahn Motors. I got a good deal when I bought the car but have been treated as nothing less then crap when I drive the hour and half, 85 miles to bring my car for service. I have heard nothing but good about Walnut Creeks service department, especially since they are now under new ownership (they are no longer owned by Stead). I have only had personal experience with their parts department and have had great experiences there, as for a SA at Walnut Creek I have been referred to John Ford by a member on the "other forum".

To answer your question about Autobahn, I know to stay away from a SA named Gus.
