Now I'm gonna leave work early just so I can check this vid out. Its really too bad the new M3 is going to be born into an environment where its closest competitors blow it out of the water. Maybe the ///M boys will figure something out.

The M3's attraction is that it is one of the best all around sports cars on the market. Yes, there are cars that are faster, turn better, stop quicker, offer more technology, luxury, utility ...yada..yada..yada...... but, not many cars excel in as many areas as the M3.
I am actually excited to see the final product. I hope they keep Bangle the fuuck away from this car.

Yeah those three and the lower end 63's.
I know not many cars excel in as many areas, that's why I bought an M5.

Without a doubt the next addition to my garage. My E46 M3 was an amazing all around car, teh E92 should be every bit as good, probably better. Go ahead & bash away, all I can say is drive one & see for yourself.

the V8 is great.. but it lacks the torque but makes up for it with the HP.
I hope they keep the weight down, since they have been adding weight every generation.
I still think the 3L bi-turbo engine will be the tuners choice. Granted it wont have the M treatment, but adding some better wheels and springs and some AA or Dinan tuning to the engine will make a 335i a nice fast 3 series.

Remember how hideous the E46 M3 looked in its spyshots, and what it turned into, basically one of the most beauitiful cars on the road. The new one will be no different, its going to be very pretty when the wraps come off, believe it.

I think the CSL version will make about 430hp
I dont think there are any other NA engines out now that will pass smog and make 418hp out of 4 liters
