Is this a fair deal?

2001 E55 AMG
63K miles
1 owner
Black/black
No Nav
Great shape and taking care of, from what I saw in the pictures the dealer sent me.

I have negotiated it to $24,980 shipping included.

My only "worry" is I would have rather get one with 10K miles less.

What do you guys think?

Thanks.

I have no comment on the deal, as I do not know the W210, but would you consider a W211? I understand the cost difference, but in all honesty, I'd take a W211 E500 over a W210. Just me.

Cost is an issue in this case as it is a 3rd car only

I already have my "toy" and this would be a daily car only.

BMW E39
A new E550 is now quicker than the 210 E55.

look for a c32...
easier to mod and better handling and probably will less miles and under warranty for the same price.

No, an E550. Read the previous post.

Not so good right now. They have a very high money factor, which makes the monthy about $1500 for a nicely equipped one. You can try taking over a lease from someone that got the special deal a few months back, which makes it a $1000/month price.
