What do you think about doing a similar run at the Sacramento Raceway? That way we can get different results from a different dragstrip. I think Treynor has run out there before with good results.

Looks like a Wednesday or Saturdays would be the best day. I emailed them to find out more about their testing days which I think is for Fri and Sat.

Ahhh mannn, this is what I have been dreaming of.

Soon as I get the throttle body on, I am going to try her out in Sacramento. It's where everyone up here (4300ft elevation) goes to try out what it's like near sea level.

Trey just destroys that track.

Hopefully I can meet up with you guys. Gonna be bout 3 weeks or so for me.

Keeping fingers crossed.

PS...anyone live near the track so that if I miss the gathering, someone can shoot over and meet me there. I really want to get video of some runs and will do the same for you.

I would think St George or Vegas would be closer and easier for you?

Yes easier, but nothing beats dragging your car nearly on the ocean. Sac raceway is 50ft above sea level just like one of the fastest tracks for E55's in the US...Moroso in FL. Maximum O2 in the monster with a pretty nice track....oh it's comin!!! (Ominous music plays)

Funny, Moroso is not really considered a good track. The best 1/4 mile track is bradenton by far.

I know, yet we have had some of the best E55 times in the US at that track.

SGC ran 11.99 Bone Stock at Moroso and held it firmly til Housclass came and slammed the 11.84.

Then don't forget Big Al running near 10's. 11.379....man, that is flyin.

If I can get a real cool N Cali night or day, we could be making some nice times. We'll see.

If not, then down to Vegas or wherever the Scottsdale exotic car club races (fastest AMG on the planet 1/4 mile)

Yeah It's amazing. I have a few friends who race outlaw 10.5 who are scared to race there. Cool weather combined with our low elevation equals amazing times.
Housclass times were at ennis i believe, a hell of a track. Solid concrete to the 1/8.

Those times have me scratching my head for sure!

Housclass did that in Texas though right?

Do you guys want to shoot for a late Sept. date or an early October day. If I am not wrong it seems as if Saturday would be a better day.

Are you talking about a private rental or general public drag day?

I want to go too...

I don't have an E55 yet, but am curious what my car will do... sounds like fun...

I used to go to the strip several years ago...I ran a 14.9 in my Toyota 2wd pickup with an 80 shot of NOS! LOL! Those were the days.

I would like to join you guys when you do go, so I will keep checking back here for the time/date.
