I am ready to replace my 2001 E55 with the newer W211.

Can someone tell me what an 01 with 51,000, still under Starmark warranty is worth?

How much should I expect to pay for an 04 or 05? Any problem areas to watch for?

MBspdfrk: Try these two sites for the retail value (if your going to sell it directly). As for a W211, I had two, a 2003 which I sold to Chiromike and a 2006 which i just got from RJC. My only concerns would be the mileage and if you could get one that did not have the infamous MBZ smog pump recall flash. Otherwise that standard stuff, condition and options. Bi Zenons, Trunk Closer, Keyless Go, Pano roof, NAV, are all options that would be desirable.
