Just destroyed new M5 !!!
Guys...This one time I regret I dint have a camera with ME...It was a day time and I an heading home and then what I see turning left and going same direction as I do...NEW M5
....
I go on his tale, HE spots ME, we start going btw cars and STOP at next traffic light...Young guy with his friend says "Hi...nice looking car" I say " thanks yours is also", he says "You wanna have run on the motorway???", I say " Yes why NOT, but my limiter is NOT removed and I race M5 before but HE was a faster then ME in 1/4 cause I didnt launch good and he used LAUNCH control"....He lauch "Oh yeah, let try" I see confidence in his FACE
...
So WE go to MOTORWAY...DO 3 runs...1st, 2nd gear runs.... I destroyed him by may be 7-8 cars to 120 when we start in 1st gear and may be by 5 car to 140 when WE start on 2nd gear... When stopped pulling away from 1st gear run and hit the limiter there was may be 5-7 cars btw US
....
HE comes near ME...I see his eyes
HE cant say anything ...HE is upset and says "Oh this car is NEW only done 2000km and I'm not very good with its yet but I did 264km when I was following"...I smile and say " I just have HEADERs installed and that IT and dont worry it will BECOME FASTER once with higher millage"...We stop...have a little smoke, speak a bit, I asked him at which mode he was running and he say "S6- the fastest one"...He took my number and we go our own ways......
Anyways...It was FUN...and didnt expect that I will beat new M5 rolling start so badly !!! Probably he need to learn how to drive SMG and break in the car more but still he wouldnt catch UP

Good to hear you making "short work" of the M5. At least the other guy had witnesses so the driver can't "stretch" the truth.

It's kind of funny but when everyone was waiting for the M5 or an AMG fan talks about how fast the AMG's are we hear the infamous "wait 'till the twisties". The latest video is a modded M5 against the 997TT - haven't watched it but it seems very close or the M won. I never knew the bimmer guys were so interested in straight line runs!! I feel like posting "wait till the twisties" with regards to the 997TT race.

LOL, yeah that's what I meant - have to make sure they're given every advantage/opportunity to win. I got scolded on M5board for pointing out that many AMG folks were knocked for bringing up modded cars, and needing to be educated that there's more to driving than going fast in a straight line.
There are some good guys there but there are some whose defense of that automobile are almost distubring. Geez, it's a car!!

Here AMG and M's owners hang together...even on C6 ZO6...
Another thing that I also beat C6 Z06 and Hamann tuned M6 in 1/4 and I must admit I also LOST as well when I miss launched...with those car who ever get a jump and launches better WINS...
Other E60 M5 owner which has has more them 15000km on a speedo...Will only race ME with "Launch Control"...Doesnt wanna do rolling starts or go agaist ME without LC...with LC once he beat ME in 1/4 and also beat C6 Z06...
Now that the BEAST got the Pulley installed and ECU adjusted....None of them have a chance
