I got $100 a few months ago. I never complained to anybody about anything. And you can use it anywhere AMEX is accepted. I used mine the shop that did my custom exhaust.

I just got $50 AMEX card in the mail today for the minor recall work done over 6months ago on the SL....gotta love MB trying to buy customer satisfaction ?

Got nothing. Did my recall over 2 months ago.
Sounds like a conspiracy to lure people in for the re-flash and make sure that the E55's out there do not outrun the E63's which are sitting at dealers lots and being discounted to invoices.
