SRS light after s/wheel change ?
Changed steering wheel to MP designs S/W (wow its fantastic BTW) and now have SRS error message and warning light although SRS kit back in situ as before and connected fine. Is this normal and the code needs to be reset or is there something wrong with the SRS bag now ?

That usually happens if you take the Yellow or Green connector out BEFORE the Black connector. I believe the black connector supplies power and that should be removed FIRST and then the yellow & green.
The dealer can reset the code for you though.

My car did the same thing.....you will need to get to the dealer for a reset.
If the reset is foc then you're ok!....otherwise I would go to Acs Autowerks near Heathrow, you will probably find them to be more reasonable. Also, something that might be of interest to you, they deal with DMS Automotive too.
