E55 Pre-Dyno Today-RENNtech-1 Install Coming-Thoughts?

hey klub. adam goodwin (euroelites) assisting w/ install on my '05/55. pre-dyno today. graphs coming, but adam relayed that at rear wheel looks like the car achieved a max of 416hp & 447tq. RT-1 install now and post mod dyno tomorrow. looks like she's healthy.

Pulley is done. Flashing of the ECU is next. Stage 1 completion in 1 hr.

Graph looks pretty good, but you should really be doing the dynos in 4th gear to get an accurate comparison.. 3rd gear pulls skew hp & tq readings.

Also, the numbers would have read higher if the pull was started at 2,000RPM.. Peak torque comes in at 2,600RPM.. Starting the pull at 3,200RPM isnt going to give you a proper picture of what the car is capable of. Just my $0.02..

Adam? thanks guys. any idea what type of hp/tq imrovement the 55 could have seen starting at lower rpm? numbers understated, possibly? thanks.

the peak torque would probably be 10 pounds higher, peak HP wouldn't change.... nice results! how does it drive now?

And that extra 10 tq would push you right over 500 lbs.

hey Fikse, thanks again for your insight/support (and the same to others on forum (i.e. MiamiE55 etc.)) and answering my questions leading up to install-it really did help. the car drives amazing...was stuck in traffic in east bay coming home to marin county and had a guy in 997s w/ buddy pull up slow and see the slight RENN decal badging on front side fender stripping (small badging on each side of car-thought what the hell, it's subtle). they pulled ahead slightly once traffic cleared and i slightly punched it and let off-no real response from p-car. when i looked over the driver glanced as well-he sort of shook his head and grinned like "no, not going to try and pull on that." he rolled down his window and asked what year and mods and relayed "nice amg." seemed pretty cool guy...anyway, I LOVE IT-the car drives fabulous!!!
