Stock E55 vs Bently Conti GT ??
What you think the outcome is here on qtr and on rolling start ?
My friend went in a GT and said it blew him away ...

2004 S55 AMG
One of my first races was with a bently gt. From light to light(about 1 1/2 miles) I was neck and neck. I could have taking him but the road was wet so I took it easy. At the light he said he was impressed by the speed of my car. He did had some black 22" rims on but stock for stock it would be no problem.

Where are you people finding Conti-GTs with owners that want to race??
All the ones around here are quite...docile, the nicest word to describe them!
Their W12 (right?) puts out a lot of horsepower...surely it can beat a C55 at least?

2020 Mercedes GLS450, 2021 Porsche 911 Cab
raced one last weekend from 60-140 had about two car lengths on it.. tried 3 times results where always the same.. Im stock and the other car was a 07 gt coupe.

There are more Conti Gts here than there are AMGs!! Haha. My buddy owns one, so we raced a good bit from San Diego to Fontana. It just isn't close. You can't compare the two cars. The Conti does have the HP, but not the TQ or the gearing to use it.

2006 BMW X5 4.8is and 2005 C55 AMG
I raced one on Wilshire a few weeks ago up to about 80 or 90 and had about 5 cars on it. Maybe, if I was stock we might be neck and neck, but I've driven a GT once before and it really doesn't launch fast you need to get into the higher rpm's before it starts to pull and it feels very heavy. Also I'm sick of the look of that car IMO I would take a DB9 any day over the GT. By contrast I can launch my C55 a lot faster then a GT too.
