Shed light on HID retrofit for a Noob?
I've owned the E55 for a week and I am already up to my old tricks of going overboard on mods. I searched high & low and bugged the daylights out of Steve and Wanda on mods ( parts will be in transit soon) but I can't seem to get a handle on HID upgrades.
I want to have Bi-Xenon lights. Wanda and Steve have a couple for sets of used Euro lights but I was hoping to go new. My dealer (albeit the sales guy) says I cannot buy the Xenons and have them upgraded from M-B as it is a factory only option. I am not sure this is correct?
Does anyone have suggestions on where to go to buy the lights and have them installed? I live in the Bay Area.
