Tire Reccomendations?

I think I know the answer to this already but I need to replace all four of the Conti's and wanted to see if there is a general consensus to a very good tire for the E. They are going on the stock rims but from what I have read looks like everyone says the Michelin PS2's are where it is at. Thanks for the advice.

They are. There are a few others out there that MAY be as good, but none better from an all around perspective. You staying with stock sizes as well?

Can I go bigger on stock rims? If so what sizes can I get away with?

One easy one is a 275/35 in the rear. Many here have run that. It makes the rear a little looser, which actually helps launch and handling. It helps launch, because you have a larger footprint AND you have more "play" in the tread. It helps handling, since the car pushes so bad that the looser rear actually brings the entire car into a little more balance.

I do not know how wide people have gone on the front. There is room, but the rim is only an 8 inch. My guess would be that a 255 would be a nice upgrade.
