A lot of guys claim to have "bone stock" vehicles (no modifications internally or to the induction) but do modify their exhaust/gut converters, ECU's...which in my opinion no longer warrants a "bone stock" classification. Nevertheless, Ranger's ride is indeed a very strong running Z06.

There's another guy over there w/bolt-ons & drag radials, w/C6 Z06 he got 10.76x in the 1/4
But as far as Ranger goes, the guy doesn't lie he's one hell of a driver period.
No need to get your panties twisted he has NO engine mods, the guys a purist he ran his C5 Z06 the same way--he squeezes all he can out of them in STOCK form, then ONLY after he can't run them any faster in the 1/4 does he add Drag Tires.
Hate-on if you doubt it no biggie
forums.corvetteforum.com/showthread.php?t=1214565&page.54My bad! Damn link..Go to the last page of the link posted for 1/4 results with mod listings Ranger's near the bottom of the list in C6 Z06 1/4 results.

Ignorant comments above from those who have no clue about this car. Any stock C6Z06 sounds like that above 3500 rpm's. Many have pulled the fuse and it sounds like that at idle. Anyone who loves cars as I do (have owned NSX's, 911TT's, and AMG's should appreciate how impressive this car is and would never make excuses).
Ranger has made passes on his stock runflats with his time being slightly higher, around 11.2/11.3.

Heck, I ran an 11.5 from the showroom floor with the factory runflats and I am not even a drag racer.

Here's #1 doubting post above
While I really liked the car, I just laughed and walked out. I might consider a used one when they finally hit the market. I'm guessing 10's aren't too hard to come by on street tires and pump gas with the right mods.
