A good set of fake boobies is better than real ones. Im 1000000% pro-implant. Anyone who prefers real boobies just hasnt dated a woman with a great set of fake ones. Now if she was your girlfriend, Id say get the cams....no sense in paying for someone else's future playground. Since she's your wife, youre making one of the best investments ever. Find a GREAT surgeon, and youre in business.
