My E63 sounds pretty good from the outside already, but way too muted on the inside.
How much difference do you notice inside when you step on it? How about steady state cruising at 60-80 mph - any resonances/droning?
It definitely growls when you step on it. No droning at all.

Tell him I sent you and you want to make sure he lines up the tips perfectly. he'll remember and do a great job. Costs about $120 for adding stainless straight pipes.

Is it a simple unbolt, or does it involve cutting?
Are any of the original parts damaged in the process ie. can it be easily reversed after the lease is up? (or if I don't like it).

I guess I am a little slow out of the gate here.

Are you getting your exhaust off a dealer on this forum or did you just order it your self?
You have me convinced to remove my resonators. It did sound pretty good too.
Do your cars in CA. have tighter emissions compared to other parts of the country, IE, NC?

It involves cutting but it's definitely reversible.

A friend of mine owns a shop and I'll prolly order from him.

I don't really know about emissions...

I'm having second thoughts...

I might try removing the 2ndary cats first and see how that goes. If it's loud enough for me then no need for Eisenmann.

We're in the San Diego area, and wouldn't mind a little upturn in the volume of our e63...

Has anyone else had it done locally? I am pretty concerned about the detail work when it comes to the alignment of the tips...

and, does anyone know if there are any warranty issues by doing something like this?
