How to change time on the clock??

the only user manual i have ever read on any of my cars, is the Ferrari one.
so pls no smart *** comment about referring to user manual.

just need a quick answer on how to change time back 1 hr on the analog clock left to the speedo. i looked allover and don't see a ***/etc to adjust. i actually changed the digital time on the nav unit and thinking maybe the benz is so high tech and the analog clock will adjust itself LOL.

so wats the deal?

You shouldn't have to do it at all.

Go into the menu under services and make sure it says to link the nav to the dial. Then all should be good to go. I never change mine. Somehow, it knows...

You can set the clock to go to the same time as the Nav by selecting the synchronize head unit option under the settings menu (get to this through the steering wheel controls - date and time). You can also set the analog clock "manually" through the same menu.

My S figures out DST but my C needs to be told. If yours is like my C, you go into the Service menu and reselect your time zone. It seems like it wouldn't do anything useful, except the next screen allows you to select DST or standard time. Select standard and your clock resets.

Don't go down the manual adjustment path if you have nav. You want the time to come from the GPS system. It's accurate to a fraction of a microsecond.

Clock Setting

Okay, I know you already got your clock set, but since I previously went through the trouble to type this out (since I never can remember how to reset the clock) I thought I'd post anyhow...

Clock Setting:
Turn car on; leave car in park and look at steering wheel; press the top “next page” button on the left side of the steering wheel until it says “settings” and shows the “hour and minutes” (once you get to "settings" you may have to use the down arrow to get to hours and minutes if this is not already displayed). Then, press the up arrow and it should move to “hour." Press the +/- keys to increase or decrease the hour. Then, press the up arrow again to move to “minutes.” Press the +/- keys to increase or decrease the minutes. Once minutes are set, press the black button to the left of the instrument cluster and hold down until the clock scrolls to the correct time.
(you may not have to hold down the button - it normally moves on it's own until fully set).

I'm the other way around... One look at the girl in front of the Ferrari, and I FORGET what time it is. Everything stands still...

Ferrari has owner's manual? Isn't everything still manual? j/k
