Best 60' Time

1.661 60' time is just truely amazing

Enzom, does that mean that if you could've had that 1.661 60' time on your 11.7 run, then you could've ran an 11.6 or even 11.5

Don't sell your car man, please

Take it back to the track and bust out an 11.6

Everything is a tradeoff. In theory, if I managed to launch that run with a 1.661, I may have come down to 11.72 or 11.70. But it could have been that the track temp was just perfect for traction, but not great for making max power. We have all been to the track when the air is crisp and the car feels like it is making crazy power but it is just a bit too cold to get the tires to bite hard. I don't have a great deal of confidence that I will ever do better than the 11.775. So many things need to be "right" - track prep, temp, humidity, wind, staging, car weight, etc. That's why bench racing bugs the heck out of me. The only realistic way for me to possibly hit 11.6's is to run on drag radials and hope everything else is perfect. And I still doubt it would happen.

As for keeping the car - I really would love to be able to run 11.5's and surprise the heck out of people. Easy to do with a chipped V12TT.

That may be true but the E55 is a 4 door and no one expects it to run 11.5

Enzom : Keep the flippin 55, that V12 can be had next yeargive yourself a few more cracks at 11.75 or better.. I think lower humidity , and maybe borrow the kosei 18" rears with BFG so we can see if the best 60ft by the best stockk 55 can be improved with a DOT DR. You gotta at least bust one axle LOL

Enzom, common......... it is much easier for you guys at Atco to rent the track and have really good track prep. All that's missing is picking a very good day temperature wise with very low DA and low humidity. You should aim for mid November to mid December of this year.

For some reason, I feel that with good track prep, -1600 DA, 35 F, and low humidity, your car can break into the 11.6x, even if it would just be 11.699
