Police say I failed the field sobriety test.
I know, I know....don't drink and drive!!!!
I already contacted my attorney regarding the charges. I was able to get them to release the dash video for him to review. Can I beat the case against me?

that's a trick test. the tape is specially designed with super adhesive and the cop stuck it to your hand and then simply pulled you to the ground with it. this should be a slam dunk for any decent attorney.

You poor bugger. Been there done that. It is a truly hard lesson to learn. You can try your attorney but you will probably end up contributing to "The Lawyers Full Employment Act". I know you don't want to hear it--------
