Jay I find that in Orange County its not the local police that care so much but the CHP. I got pulled over the other day and asked the CHP officer why since I wasnt speeding (thanks V-1) and he said it was my tint. Local police hardly ever will pull you over for tint only (at least in my hood).


I find that one only gets harrassed when you call attention to yourself. EG: weaving, quick acceleration bursts, having super loud exhaust (oops thats me), etc.

I guess it would be easier to post the details here. I got them used from a BMW forum for $50. I had to grind them to shape it to fit over the stock ones. I glued them with JB weld until I could find a better way to hold them in place but those suckers are on there, not going anywhere.
