like everyone else has said Evan, you are a classy individual!!! Like someone else said about owners with multiple cars, they are truely enthusiasts and understand that on any given day they can be beat, disregaurding HP

Also that is a great list of cars!!!

Yes, Behold!!! The E60 M5 is technically faster than the Kompressor E55 and SLIGHTLY faster that the CLS E63 (stats, videosprove and say so ) I know I'm as we can say.. in Lion's den or enemy's Terrritory. It must of been the driver and BTW they did get a fair chance to prove to oneanother.

Vadar: My vette is brand new (its still being built at GM right now) and will be all black with grey stock wheels. The car is shipping straight from my dealer in NJ to Lingenfelter for a 620HP N/A Cam Kit which includes: --Lingenfelter Tune - Lingenfelter Intake w/ 4" MAF - 160 Degree Thermostat - Lingenfelter Custom Camshafts - Dual Valve Springs w/ Titanium Retainers - American Racing Headers w/ Race Catalytics - Corsa Mufflers (Quad 4" Tips) - Lingenfelter Floor Mats. Guys with STOCK Z06's on drag radials are running 10.8-10.9 so I have to figure with over 115HP more the car is a mid 10 sec. car (10.6 maybe?). I thought about going to supercharger route, but I have had many forced induction cars and I would like to try an N/A Cam kit for once (I have always wanted that loopy idle ).

PS- For whoever asked, no I do not still have my Turbo or the Gallardo!! The Turbo was traded for the Gallardo SE and I traded the Gallardo SE for the M5 Here are a few pics of both for ya guys




Thats gallardo is SICK... why would u trade in the gallardo for an M5?

Funny story...a couple of weeks ago I saw that Z06 heading north on Polaris in Vegas. I hurried up to catch up and then did a nice "fly by" to see if he would go. He wasn't interested, which is usually odd for a Z06 driver. However, now that I see what this car has, I can see why he didn't want to waste his gas. I thought that car didn't sound stock.

yes, was surprised too. can search thread here for "e55 dyno today renntech-1 install"...this has my pre/post mod runs on dynojet at dynosport racing (dynograph/data posted).

pre-mod max hp-416.3 rw & max tq rw-447.9 (so was a healthy 512 hp & 550tq at crank)
post-mod max hp-453.3 rw & max tq rw-492.3 (so w/ 23% dt loss=557.5 hp & 605.5 tq at crank).

trying to decide if should do headers & ic pump...but think 55 strong as is; if do stage 3 (headers) and add ic (just for cooling)...probbaly adds 25/25 rw & 30/30 at crank. my post mod runs were hot w/ stage 1, so cold runs may have boosted numbers a bit.

The SMG M5 is much quicker than the stick, some numbers putting it up as much as .5 sec, also, the '63 and the M are putting down almost identical numbers, interesting, as the E63 is putting down almost identical numbers to the 55 as well. Any one of the three (SMG M5) could run to 60 in 4.2, but the twisties argument seems no longer valid, as C/D (was it them ? ) just ran S6 vs. M5 stick vs. E63, and they said the E handeled amazing, best handeling AMG car yet. Sorry for the length, just my $0.02. AMG ETR, you got some sick rides there.
