Kleeman
Remember it's a Chrysler. I agree with CoolCar there is a lot of interest early in this car, high 70s at best. For that kind of jack, you could get a fresh E63!

I really want to buy the car. I have talked to them but I cannot get there before the auction ends to pick it up. If anyone could look at it for me that is in the area I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Hmmmm...
The new owner of this vehicle will be determined in the last minute on January 18th in one week. All the bids will be entered and the computer will determine the winner. This is not the way to buy a car or spend 70-80 thousand dollars. Patience should prevail when faced with slick marketing.

Guys,
There was a 2004 K3 that was just for sale. 30,000 miles. Car ended up selling for $55,000, which was about $5,000 extra for all the Kleeman stuff
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...7662615&rd=1,1
$75,000 is too much

This vehicle is really moving....
We have someone that really wants this car and is obviously not an experienced bidder. The current bid took the price from 66,000 to 75,000.
That is a huge jump with some many days left until the end of the auction....unheard of strategy! This car will be sold NORTH of 80,000. It just shows what excellent marketing can do for a car deal. My hat is off to d and dm-motorsports. Now that KLEEMAN badging is another subject....

I would say more than one person wants this car. If the bid is at $66K and you put in a bid or $76K, then it doesn't go up to $75K unless someone already has a max bid in of $74.9K. Seems like this car is going to bring more than I would have thought.

'03 G500, '13 G63, '17 GLS63,
I'm VERY surprised this car is getting that kind of action.
I would be careful, as sometimes, the seller may have someone bidding up the price. Nice little marketing tactic for a walk-in "well, this is the high bid on ebay, but I can sell it to you right now..."
Aside from this car, the E55 market is as dead as its ever been. I've never owned a car that depreciated as bad as my E55, and I bought mine used!

What is this car worth in the Chicago market. I really want it and have the funds ready to wire. I want to make them an legit offer. I think the ebay price is BS. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Look for another auction, unless you want to wire something north of $80,000. This will be an ugly car deal for someone and they get something that has been ridden hard and put up wet. Just remember, the vehicle is wicked fast..bone stock and you can get a nice 06 with decent equipment for $64-68.
