HEY!!!.. There's a LOWERING MODULE in my cup holder!!!!
By popular demand for all those that kept requesting to see Tony's ELM cup holder install. Here it is...
1) Elongate the ELM harness
2) Remove gear selector cover
3) Remove ashtray
4) Remove 2 Torx 25 screws holding console
5) Run ELM harness through center console's existing open port to passenger floor board.
6) Proceed to install the Renntech ELM as instructed in the manual
7) Please try to keep your wires neat and secured to avoid complications. Note: Our ELM harness is in spiral wrap entering from the lower left of the floor board.
8) After you have tested that the ELM has been wired properly, proceed to reassemble center console.
WARNING: Be careful as there are some metal edges underneath the gear selector cover that will cut your elogated wire harness if not installed properly.
Anyways, please feel free to contact EuroElites for any questions regarding this installation.
This EuroElite is on RENNtech Monolite 18"s with settings 3 in the front, and 5 in the rear on the ELM.
By the way, this EuroElites beast has Renntech Stage 5.
ENJOY!!!

Adam,
Has the ELM module been put under the cup holder or has it replaced it?
I was going to move just the switches out of the module and mount them inside the arm rest somewhere, but I didn't look yet to see if there is room underneath.

And a Car wash too!
Thanks for the nice comments but the credit goes to Adam and Tony at Euroelites. Not only have they transformed my car into a "beast in sheep's clothing" but also threw in a car wash. My car was filthy when Tony picked it up earlier this week...thanks guys for making it shine in more than one way!

A word of advise from someone who has been there. I would personally extend the knobs and cover the box back up, assuming that is not how it is. You'd hate to have a drink leak or spill into the area and short out your suspension!! Other than that, very nice look. I love the convenience of accessing it whenever I want. RennTech really needs to take input better from customers, as this is a whole new advantage to their product over having to open up the floorboard for adjustments.

Ouch Jangy..im hurt. The ELM should always be sealed even to prevent dust from getting on the electronics. We only had the cover off for pix.
So, did he get the knobs extended, or does he need to unscree the cover each time? Either way, it can be an easy "upgrade". I agree with you, that it is best closed.
The cup holder well is 5 inches deep and the cup holder is 3 1/4 inch tall. The height of the elm is less than 1.5 inch, leaving a hair over a 1/4 inch clearance. The unit is secured with 2 x 1 strip of velcro.

Jangy,
Nope, we didnt extend the knobs. He has to unscrew everytime he wants to lower his car further. Thank you for the kind words.

Let him know that it is a simple mod that he can do in about half an hour. I use my switches all the time, when I go into parts of town with special needs!!

The regular knobs just pull off the shaft. Then you glue on longer shafts and replace the knobs. You will also need to drill little holes in the box top for the extenders to reach through so you can close the box back up.
Having it like that in the glove box is supreme to me.

Super nice job
That was a great job Tony. I'm considering the lower module from Renntech also. Rumor has it that the new unit is remote ready and the remote will be out later this year. So I'm thinking maybe summer!
Otherwise, I think I may have to drive over to Tony's and get mine hooked up!
