RennTech stage 1 in San Diego??
Hi all,
The SD Crew is getting Stage 1 done and I wanted to do a last sweep to see if anyone that I had "talked" to before wanted in. PM me for pricing and benefits of this "group buy", but only if you are ready to go. We need a final head count in the next day or so.

Nice, keep the PMs coming. It looks like there will be lots of RENNTech cars running about in SoCal soon. I can't wait for the mods to begin. Headers, and VRUS' airbox and TB are next. That should be about it for my engine. An LSD and brakes and I'm done.
As for this Group Buy, here are some details that i can post, in case i missed anything in the PMs.
The price includes pre and post dyno. Not really as a favor, but to demonstrate the actual gains at each step.
There has also been some confusion on the pulley. The one being offered for now is the only one RENNTech has offerred. If and when the new one is released, we will get a free upgrade IF we buy the IC upgrade. Future upgrades take into account the current sale. So, for those, like me that want to get headers, too (stage 3), we simply pay the difference between the stage 1 and stage 3 and get the headers. That was a sticking point for me, because I kept waiting for a good price on it all. Now, I can do it at stages (see dynos, feel the difference), then get the next piece and not pay a premium for doing that. The ECU programming is done locally. The advantage to that is three fold. One, faster turn around. Two, they keep a copy of your current ECU program for warranty / troubleshooting, and 3 we get the latest and greatest from RENNTEch quick and free.
I think that is about it. As I said before, I need whomever is getting in to do it asap as we are about to place the order. Once it goes, the price is set and we are done.
Keep the PMs coming. I can't post pricing and ask that those of you that have asked me for it don't as well. Those that know me know that I am not doing this to make myself money, but to get us all a great deal.

No, but can you inform me of the Renntech representative that authorized this deal so that EuroElites can offer that great "buy one get one free" Stage 1 deal to our local clients and see if we can have enough to throw in a free car wash. haha

Buy the stage 1 now, then we will exchange your smaller pulley for the newer alrger pulley for free if you purchase the IC kit at the same time......Is that how it works?

Alrighty SD Crew, I'm in. I also verified all the deal aspects. We are good to roll. I am planning on hitting stage 5 by this summer. I will basically do a pre-dyno, then a dyno between each addition.
Now the fighting starts. Who wants to go first??

Now that I am in, anyone got any feedback on a stage 1 car? How much can you feel it. Where is it better. Where is it worse, etc.
Also, does anyone know all the logistics on what needs to get done and anything to look out for after it is done?
For those that got in, let me know what i can do to help. i will make sure we like the final product, snce i got you into this.
I can't wait to see how the car acts at altitude (Palomar), which is where I used to note the biggest loss.

Jangy,
The shop you bought it from should inform you about the dos and the donts and explain how Renntech tuning can get the best out from the beast.

Hey my long lost brother. You come up I feed you the best Persian food you have ever tasted, next to MOMS of course. Nobody can touch moms.
I should have the cams and TB installed by then. Then you can see what a screamer is all about. Oh yeah got busted today about the exhaust cutouts. Noise pollution they call it. Just a warning though. He said when I pasted by him it was so noise deafening that he couldnt hear his radio.

LOL!!! I'm right behind you brother. With RENNTech's help, I'll have the E pushing some serious grunt by the time its done. I'll plan a trip coming up. I need to head to Marin to see my moms anyways. She has been whinning about not seeing the kids and we both know how precious that bond can be.
Take care of yourself and reserve me a plate. mmmm, some Mehkadeh sounds pretty good about now!
I'm not sure where I'm going with exhaust. I want max power, but I don't want to lose TQ either. Grrrr, decisions decisions.

Jangy,
sd crew will love stage 1. my rt-1 post dyno ~560hp/605 tq at crank. she screams... Adam at Euro-E's did great job w/ install/service. should maybe RENN-debadge as cannot get any p/f-car to play (except for one f-car kill a week ago at slow roll onto fwy, then up to 90 mph-f-car got walked badly). only response lately was young kid in new M3 that followed me and then pulled up alongside at light and asked about mods done-then did thumbs up and said f#%^in b@# a$$ car...seemd like nice guy.
