Any E55, E63's in the LA area want to have a friendly race?

I have some ideas but as gE63 mentioned much earlier it will take some time due to getting off and back on the freeways/roads. Either way it should be a good time with the loser buying all the beer for the winner and ref
Hahahahaha, do you think Jangy's wife will give him that much money before he plays w/us
lol..J/K

Then we can ditch them and go race. I will buy you a pitcher after!

Oh Jangy's gonna like that comment- I am not sure how strong his car is but I hear good things --- since we are doing rolling runs its all about trap speeds ...
Benzgal, this is a one ref event. 2 men enter, 1 man leaves. Bust a deal, spin the wheel .... Welcome to Thunderdome:

Except I thought LACR, was an 1/8 mile not a 1/4?? I heard that Palmdale was the closest 1/4..So were my sources wrong? I'll hit the LACR!! just hope I don't hook, & break my diff

That whistling hose wouldn't be a Twin Turbo now would it

LACR is a 1/4 mile track, I say bring your Vette out and have some fun!~ It should take you about 45min-1hr to get there from the immediate LA area, given traffic conditions aren't too bad. I know a lot of Vettes and similar cars are out there for the street legal drag thingys...
Here's a short excerpt from LACR's website which includes their address and phone number just incase you want to go.

"Los Angeles County Raceway is an NHRA 1/4 Mile Championship Drag Strip and International MOTO Cross Track.LACR is located at 6850 East Avenue T, Palmdale, CA. (93550).
LACR is 45 minutes from the San Fernando Valley just off the Antelope Valley freeway on Palmdale's Eastside.
From Los Angeles take the 5 Frwy. North to the 14 Frwy. North (Antelope Valley Frwy.) get off at Pearblossom Hwy. take it til it crosses 138 it will turn into East Avenue T, LACR is one mile down Avenue T on the right hand side. LACR Information: (661) 533-2224"
