Eisenmann Sport Exhaust Install

Well,

I got the Eisenmann Sport exhaust... I just didnt want to make my car very loud. I used to have a g35, had about 30k into it and i hated to drive it cause i was always worried about the police and all the attention it created.

I decided that my e55 was already sounding amazing stock w/ the k&n air filters (wow they make a HUGE diffrence... Recomend them for everyone) and that i just wanted it a little louder and more deep at idle.

I got to the shop Lucent Motors, and happen to get there exactly at the same time as FEDEX dropping off my very very very expensive mufflers.

Turns out the shipper didnt tell me that he left out the exhaust clamps.

Now i have to get them over nighted , and i wont see them to about Tuesday or Wed...

The new tips look amazing... They are just a little larger and beefer, people will know that u are not stock.

Anyone know a place, or even muffler shop who would have metric (for european cars) exhaust clamps?

are you sure they're larger? I have the race, and they are identical to the AMG tips.

I used the OEM clamps that were on the original mufflers on my Eisenmann install. But then again mines a 210. You 211 guys are having some weird issues with Eisenhaus!!

there are no clamps on the 211. You have to cut the factory pipe and use the clamps. I thought it would be a standard 3" clamp (or whatever the diameter is)

JD,

Whats up man. Its Will, I met you the other day at Eurorev.

You have THE cleanest, best detailed car I have ever seen.

You gotta post some pics and sound clips once you get the exhaust sorted.

I think it helps if you listen! jk. Now seriously it does. It has a slight whissle/ hissing noise, at around 2k and has made the car alot deeper. Perhaps my stock ones were very very dirty, however it made a huge diffrence on my car.
