Lightweight battery?
...............I have the optima 25lb battery in my E55KS7. The model number is PC925MJT. I also weighed the stock battery and it weighs 50lbs, so you'll be saving 25lbs. Here is a link to the website to purchase the battery. http://www.odysseybatteries.com/battery/pc925mjt.htm

This is on my "mod. list" but how much of a trade-off are you making with this switch?

.............Do you actually have this battery in your car? If you do and have had no problems, then ignore what I am about to say. When I was researching this a year ago, I was told not to go below 25lbs because you loose what the person called "cold cranking amps." Apparently your car will run just fine in the summer but have difficulty starting in the cold and when not driven for long periods.

as seen many times with the E55 wagons.. the more weight in the back, the better your 0-60 and 0-100 times... and 0-150 times are also quicker.
we all know that the wagons squad down better since they are able to tranfer more weight to the rear wheels.
if you battery is in the front.. then I would recomment a lighter battery.
But in real life: 25lbs can be shaved by keeping the trunk clean and throwing away all the receipts, papers, documents, and old Cd's we keep in our cars.
