Need New Daily Driver
...........I need a new daily driver in $40K to $50K range. Mileage and warranty are both completely unimportant to me. I already have an AMGV8K in the G55 so unfortunately a post 03 E55 is not an option. My options are below. Help me decide. Thanks.
1. Grand Cherokee SRT8.
2. 2003 CL600
4. 2003 CL55
5. 2003-2005 Range Rover
6. 2001-2002 CLK55 with a Kleemann s/c
7. 2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo
.........I know these are vastly different cars, but which one would rather drive everyday?

im sayin the cl600, because you have a fast SUV, which knocks the cayenne and srt8 out, and you have a mercedes v8, so why not go with a cl600
I'd say get the Porsche Cayenne Turbo. It's fast and it probably has better handling on the slalom than all the other listed cars. Plus, you have the option to do a little exhaust and ECU tuning to increase HP from the turbo.

..........Rock, you are right. My apparent indecision is because my priorities are already being met by the E55 and the G55. I mostly want a car that is a pleasure to drive everyday. I am aware that this is too vague, but that is it essentially.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
i think you have plenty MBs need something different,
if you get any of the MBs listed you know you'll modify them big time ;p and you'll be looking for another daily driver soon
you could go stock with the cayenne imo and still have fun plus it handles a lot better than the other SUVs listed
gl
It's a whole different SUV. Fast, elegant, handles superb and you got all the luxury you need.
And the most important, Germans are always more reliable than the British
The X5 4.8 looks amazing and it has the power. Why not go with both power and luxury!

1. Grand Cherokee SRT8- A hot-rod SUV right out of the box. A great tool to embarrass most foreign sport cars in a short stoplight race.
2. 2003 CL600- great, great car but do you really need another Mercedes? Be adventurous.......branch out. Remember, don't be a homer.
3. 2003 CL55- See above!!
4. 2003-2005 Range Rover- Are you kidding? It may be the best looking SUV on the road but hardly a pleasure to drive for an enthusiast.
5. 2001-2002 CLK55 with a Kleemann s/c- Great body style, fun to drive but it's a Mer..........!!!
6. 2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo- SRT performance attributes but....... this ride has style and class!! This is the winner!!!

You have the killer 4X4 $UV now, can you find a turbo Cayenne @ $40-$50k?
The CL's are nice but are big cars, between your E55 & G55 you should have enough room.
The range thing and jeep, well owned the range thing for a day, and I rented a jeep cherokee once...
And the winner is
6. 2001-2002 CLK55 with a Kleemann s/c {then make it look like CLKGTR}.
