E63 intake manifold
There has been some posts in the past here that AMG re-designed their intake manifold, so it would produce "more" of the advertised hp. After a few months of waiting this is what AMG respponded with: I guess the intake rumor is put to bed!! The response was written at the AMG private lounge.

The M156 6.3 AMG Intake manifold has remained unchanged since the
introduction of the engine.
