Vadim, According to "Automotive Leasing & Financing, another topic on this web site, the mfs that you quoted are those stated to be the standard March 2007 rates by MB Credit; also, the stated residuals for a 24month lease is 67%, and for a 36 month lease 57%. How do those differ from what you are offering; I understand your proposed lease periods are slightly different so the proposed residuals would both be slightly lower, is that correct?

24=27 months residual is 70% 10K miles, reduce by 1% to go to 12K miles, 3% to go to 15K.
36=39 months residual is 60% 10K miles, reduce by 1% to go to 12K miles, 3% to go to 15K.
Cap cost is negotiated price plus acquisition fee minus cap cost reduction (down payment - if you like to do this to reduce monthly payment).

Standard MB Financial rates are 0.00380 for 27 and 0.00400 for 39 months. New rates are a part of E63 lease special from MB Financial until april 2nd.
