AMG Lease Special on E63s and CLK63s!
Ladies and Gentlemen:
MB Financial is offering special leases on 2007 E63s and CLK63s.
On E63s, a car with P2 package with MSRP of $91,075, 10K miles per months and $6900 down has a payment of $1199/mo. for 27 months, plus sales tax.
On CLK63s, a car with Lighting package with MSRP of $93,585, 10K miles per year and $7600 down has a payment of $1299/mo. for 27 months, plus sales tax.
Being the largest dealer in US I have 14 E63s and 9 CLK63s available. With this special they are going to go FAST. This special offer is aimed at reducing dealer's inventories as there are not many MY2007 coming in, next ones will be 2008s.
So to take advantage of the best color selection and best options selections, come on down today.
I might be able to even better these offers, but you will have to be here.
Thank you for listening.

Are the inceptions part of the $6900 down or is the $6900 just the down payment; in other words is it $6900 ttl. out of pocket?

At the least its regional, no individual dealer would give up that much money without factory subvention. I bet the savings are in the money factor and some trunk money off the capitalized cost. I know Audi posts their lease specials on their website, does MBZ? (yes I am too lazy to look).

Do you have this special on CLS63s as well? I might know someone who is interested. How'd those numbers work out?

The above comes with a disclaimer that, even though I'm pretty good at math, I know NOTHING about leasing.

But just as a rough estimate, if it's a 27 monther and you're paying $6900 down that's like $250 month anyway, so if you didn't reduce the cap cost you'd be up to about $1450/month. Unless the $6900 includes some fees; either way, the $1200 doesn't APPEAR to be that much better than the going rates (depending on the car you're getting, of course).

Actually, it is a good deal, because it is simply a starting point. The E63s have been closer to $1500 - 1700 with minimal down. Sure, a good deal can get one cheaper (I already got in trouble for divulging that). But, given the new incentives from MB, your dealer may be even more willing to deal.

$6900 includes first month payment, aqusition fee and DMV fees. The rest goes to cap reduction. In each state it will be a different number dependant upon what each state charges.
What makes this deal attractive is special money factor rate that is 30% lower than standard and special residuals that are higher than other banks by 8-10%.
Combined, this deal reduces monthly payments by over $300 compared to standard lease.
