Can Anyone On This Site Tell Me What You Think Would Win, My 03 E55 With A Asp Crank Pulley,k&n Air Filters, And Magnaflow Mufflers, 20 Inch Wheels. Or My Boys 06 M6 With Custom Groupe M Intakes And Dinan Exhaust System, He Also Has 20 Inch Wheels.

what's the race...standing 1/4mile, 30-150mph, 3 laps around laguna seca???
based on the mods my experience says you should easily win the standing 1/4mile, it will be very close by 150mph from a 30mph role, and you'd lose the road course.

yeah i meant to write 1/4 mile run and further, but thanx for replying, i think i will win also and if i dont this kids head is gonna be so big its pathetic. i might have to trade my car in and get a Z06 to make him go nuts lolll.

from a roll arond 40 to under 120.. you should keep up
from a stop.. you should edge him out
from a slow roll 20mph, he will probably edge you out. You will spin tires.
M6 stock is a machine, with mods.. its a top end beast.
The torque of the ASP will help you in the mid range, but you dont have enough top end pull to keep up.
(btw) switch back to stock wheels.. and you will have a better chance)

WELL ONCE THIS SNOW CLEARS IN NEW YORK IM GONNA RUN HIM DOWN THIS LONG *** SERVICE ROAD, WE NORMALLY RUN OFF A ROLL AT LIKE 20MPH, FOR SOME REASON I DONT THINK ILL HAVE A PROBLEM BECAUSE WHEN WE MESS AROUND WHILE FOLLOWING EACH OTHER I SEE ME CREEPIN UP ON HIM WHEN HE PUNCHES IT.

Both of you should take a passenger to videotape from both cars. The match will remain even (with each person having a passenger) and it will be shot from both perspectives. In a race between friends I'd say thats the best way to do it. Either way you should do it soon so you can post the video(s) as I am anxiously awaiting this. Also, if you have a good place to do it might as well do several runs even at different starting/ending mph so no one can claim bad start, etc. just my $0.02.

As soon as this weather clears up in new york, its on like donkey kong. Right now the snow is gone but alot of streets have salt on em, so in the next couple of days im takin my car to his house and calling him out(he's a good buddy of mine so it will be fun. What i really wanted to do is mount the camcorder in his car so when i pass him i can represent this forum with a vinyl decal on my rear window lmfaoo.

Sorry man, I've driven both cars hard and back to back. I have an asp pulley on my 05 E55. I'd have my money on the M6. They're hard to launch, but they have 7 gears. The M6 feels faster even if it is low on torque.
