Stock blue tinted windows?
Did all E55's come with the blue tinted windows or was it an option?If it was an option,then which one was it?Is there a certain part number on the glass itself to look for?

All E55 should come standard with the blue tinted glass. In regular W211s, it's part of the Appearance Package (otherwise known as the Avantgarde trim level in the rest of the world).

Standard for all E55 (which comes from factory with the Avantgarde trim)
