all we can do is speculate but I would put money on kleemann's car having a bad i/c pump...especially when several of us with similar or lesser mods SPANK m cars.

As cool as the M6 is...the lack of tq is DEFINITELY noticable. My father and I test drove one as a replacement to his SL55. We loved the handling, build quality, and asthetics of the cars. But the speed...idk, we were on i95 and the thing does pull very hard, but you have to keep it in lower gears and it is a very involving car. If the car is in lower rpm's its very disappointing. I'd take the SL55 over it anyday regardless of which one is actually faster. The tq of the 55k's give you much more fun and scares passengers much more easily than the high revving M V10. Plus, SMG is a love it or hate it tranny. My father and I both agreed that if you want a manual, get a stick. You want paddle shifts, get an auto. But I don't feel the M6 has any advantage over the SL55 when it comes to straightline acceleration (keep in mind we stayed under 120mph).

Once this guy gets out of work ill be at his house grabbing the camcorder then to upload it!
But in regards to the gentleman with the pothole remark, all i got to say is the Grand central Parkway is a long parkway...
Now to the other guy with the how fast question? i gotta believe i started at like 35mph and i started to catch up to the ///M6 at like 100mph and we both reached about 140mph tops. To be honest i think the E63 would have done alot better after 120mph and onwards! But i could be wrong.
Id run him at a higher top speed but i dont like the way this car handles at all! I miss my E39 ///M5 for that reason alone!

This weekends I will try race stock M6 delimited especially for you guys !!!...So we know the TRUTH ...From 1st gear 50km to TOP End and see how mod 55 does...which less power then Kleemann 640 HP Monster...
I can try this tonight but I wanna get my ECU sorted on Dyno tommorow 1st...so I woudnt have any excuses or througts like "My ECU wasnt tuned inn properly and that why M6 catched up with ME"
Actually I am going to try to race M6 stock and M6 moded at the same time on motorway and see what happens...
Last summer...If we assume after ASP pullies I got too magic 600HP+ number...I runed M5 and it never catched up and M6 Hamann 567Hp passed me at 230-240km (140-148 mph)... but I never runned against stock M6...

You should put EVO-cooling kit or something like that and you will EAT that M6
My friends 997 Turbo isnt faster than my stock E55 unless we are doing long run. E55 has that IAT-heating problem which is killing your car under long run. Your problem is even bigger because of pulleys.
Do something to cooling system, and your friends are amazed

Listen guys this is gonna sound real disappointing but i havent gotten around to uploading the video cause the guy that i raced with the ///M6 is currently in jail for gun possesion and many many many pounds of weed, they arrested him and his wife she is out now and tryin to come up with $1.5 million dollars bail, im so sorry but its the truth, the guy has ///M6, CAYENNE S TURBO, RANGE ROVER SPORT, BIKES, HARLEYS, and a hew home being built that im wondering whats gonna happen to it. As soon as i get a chance to ask for the camcorder back i will, all i can say is when i get then you'll have it. Real sorry i want to show you all the video.

Yeah it does suck, sucks real bad and i keep telling myself its the life he chose, so you do the crime-you do the time. But he did have a real nice life for like the last 13 years, i mean while it lasted! Hey do any of you know whats gonna happen to all his cars and stuff? im thinking about asking his wife Lesley if she wants to sell the ///M6 for a cash offer cause im thinking she might need it for his bail or for future legal matters.

This is about the dumbest thread to date, but I did feel the urge to add to it. As it turns out, I got pulled today and happenned to have the Sony camcorder on display. While the cop was writing me up for not having proof of insurance and tinted front windows, we had a nice disussion on the legality of in car cameras. While such footage CAN be used as evidence in certain CRIMINAL cases, it in no way can be used against you for traffic tickets. All of those that want to turn us canyon runners in for scaring bicyclists, feel free. I'll provide the footage. You all need to quit all the conjecture and this thread and talk die.
