I know it has been talked about, but a search could not find anything for sure. Is it possible to get the dealer to do an ecu reflash of some kind to fix this problem? I had a CL55 that always started in 1st in S mode. I know I can hold it 1st and get beyond 3500 rpms, and it will drop to 1st till I cut it off. If there is a fix I would like to know what it is called. Car will be going in for the 1000-3000 mi. check next week. Seems dumb to me.
