E55 Pulley install
All-
Did some searches but nothing came up. I want to install a pulley to increase the hp (likely ASP) and couldn't find anyone who has posted detailed instructions or pics.
Is this info out there? Shouldn't be too difficult, but I know it would save time if I had instructions.

Jack up the front (preferebley on a lift). Take the belly pan off, so you get access from below. Take the aradiator fan out to give room to access the bolt holding the pulley down. Use a 17mm to release load on the pulley belt and remove the belt. Unbolt the pulley. Slide it out. Replace with new pulley, being sure to align the key and getting the pulley nice and flush. Tighten the bolt to 200nm + 90 degrees. Put everything back on and enjoy.

Do most pulley kits require tuning software. I notice that ASP does not offer a tune with their pulley.
What do most people do? Who offers software tuning that you can tune on a dyno vs. a plug and play?

And there is the trick!! There are plenty that claim to be able to and more and more that are coming out of the wood work, but none have shown the data on the '06E55s. I think we are starting to see some happy E63 clients, but the really tricked out E55s are still a mystery.
