Ordering parts from the US

As u all know i moved from states to Dubai 2 yrs ago.
The only ppl who r good with our cars are the Kleemann guys.
Now , if i order parts from the US, ( to my understanding ADAM@EURO can help), what will the procedure be? ( payment, shipment..etc etc.) I ask this cuz i have never done this before.

As far as the parts i need, let me know if my knowledge is correct.

1> evo sport cooling system? ( includes ic pump and wat else?) Is it the best for our cars? how can i purchase?

2> toe links?

3> new intercooler ( i think Renntech?)

4> intake system...?

And the most important question is...will Kleemann be able to tune these parts with a new ecu program? ( i was told they can install these parts for me... dont know how the tunning will work..)

Thank u in advance.

What mods do you already have? Your #1 and #3 are the same thing, just different brands. I think both camps have happy customers. The only Toe links I know of are the RennTech ones (or custom). Intake system is all dependent on what you are after. If it is true performance, then you may want to research. If it is looks, then the CF box is available. The ECU is a touchy subject. If yours is an '05, then you can at least get a generic remap, depending on what you are getting done. But, if you want to do that, I suggest going with the same tuner for all the parts, so that the generic mapping is at least geared towards what you have done.
Overall, I'd say Adam @ EE is the resource to talk to. He can at least tell you what is available and what the advantages and disadvantages of each are.

Jangy, first of thx for giving me a fast feedback..as always.
I have the k2 mods... basically K pullies K headers ecu tune and added further, the downpipe. and ALSO..2 cats delete. ( to which i have to ask... is deleting the remaining 2 cats a good option for performance??)

I am not going for the looks, i am looking for the best intake ..if available. Kleemann does not have any.

now.. to the "stupid" question... generic remap vs what?

thx again J.

Got it. It sounds like you would want a 80mm TB.

As far as generic mapping vs custom, here is the deal. Generic is probably the best you could do as you are so far away. A custom tune would have Kleeman (or whoever) be at your car (on dyno and datalogger) making changes as needed. The truth is that most of us want the custom gains but only want to pay the generic pricing. A custom tune is much more expensive, since it is so labor intensive.

As for the cats, I do recommend you REPLACE them with racing cats. If all you do is cut them out, you may not be pushing enough air through to have good back pressure. It would sound better, but not necessarily be faster. Also, you need to decide WHER you want the gains. If it is at the low end, then DO NOT cut out the cats. If it is at WOT, then you may, It becomes a balancing act after some time. All in all, I would only consider openning up the exhaust more AFTER you get more flow going in.
