Somebody help,

I went up the road in my e55, turned the engine off, got out and there is a buzzing noise coming from behind the front near side fog light. I dont know what it is but its generating heat and it smells like its burning !


Any ideas,

Smog air pump stuck on... Relay & pump most likely damaged. Warranty isue.

Finny...you were absolutely correct (god, you lot are good aint ya!)

Air pump has gone......

Just as you said, Warranty Issue, its going in next week.


ALSO...oil level sensor has gone. They're replacing that as well

Make sure they check your SBC pump as it was recalled too.

The new one comes with a 10 year replacement warranty.
