Just make sure whoever does it is willing to take their time and knows how. It is not as simple as dialing in a number. It is a calibration process. If the person has done many W211s, then it will be quicker. Also, how low it can go depends on who does it as well. It all goes back to putting in the time.

I had mine done by Steve ( MBenzNL) and he did a superb job. Jangy is correct that it does require someone with lots of experience to get it right. I was not too keen on lowering it, but Steve convinced me and the look is amazing

i was gonna go with the star lowering also. but decided on the renntech module instead. you can lower raise as much as you want when you want. and it was priced very fair compared to most things on these cars.
