I've seen how nasty those TT Cobras are, 700RWHP is the normal figure you can get out of them on pump gas without too much work.

I am sorry for your loss... But, I've got a recipe that you can use to take care of modded cobras. ![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Just had a very impromptu run with a modified 03-04ish Mustang Cobra. The guy said he had pulleys, exhaust, ECU, and quite a few other goodies (can't remember the rest, but he said the S/C was stock). We ran from about 20-100. He got a 1-2 car jump on me when we started. I got about 1/2 that back by 70 +/-, and from 70-100 he put another 1-2 on me before we hit some traffic.
Would a pulley and headers on the beast have likely evened the score?
BTW the car indicated that it was just over 90 outside, I had a very heavy briefcase with me, and my car was filthy, so the odds were stacked against me from the start.

Sounds good but you will still be short around 170RWHP and around 400 lbs in weight on most twin turbo Cobras. From the research I've done, most late model TT Cobras are producing well in excess of 700 RWHP on pump gas and at moderate boost levels. Not to mention, the kits are less than $10,000 with everything you will need and all the extra bells and whistles. Too bad it's a Mustang but that's tempting.

10-4, you were lucky then. I'll have to keep my eyes out for the white one. The one I ran against was wicked fast as you could see in the video against the 850 AWHP Evo!

Wicked Motorsports had one out at Irwindale with 700hp. Going from a roll is unfair to the EVO. That EVO needs to run from a dig, they are not fast when rolling(as fast). From a stop that EVO waxes that stang.

That Evo had 850hp,and is lighter than the stang...how do you figure it wasnt fair? Another thong, dont think that stang couldnt hang with the Evo froma light either, some of those stangs and camaro's have very impressive 60ft times.

LOL.. I know.. ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
In the end everyone has to remember that these cars are big, heavy 4-door SEDANS.. The fact that we are even at the point where we can say we are putting 700+ hp into them is an awesome thing to have..
You just cant compete with power-to-weight... But, you can at least surprise the hell out of some of the lighter modified ones..
Oh.. That is until a TT shows up on an E55..![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Cobra/E55
You gotta watch out for those Cobras.. The 03/04's run easy 11's with minor bolt ons. With some good mods they're looking at high 10's. ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I say go for Evosport's power packages or something similar. A pulley, headers, and tune should even things up a little.
