Does your car have Pano? The car you are speaking of is mine with the Lowenhart LSR's on it.
I chose carbon fiber only because my wheels have the black accents as well the black rook which in my opinion sets it off.

No I dont have pano, but my wheels have black accents, and my windows are heavily tinted...So I thought it would give it some contrast...I like white, but I think the CF gives it more of a sporty look and the painted gives it more of a sleek clean look...

This is what i would do. Install the CF lip, see how you like it. And if you don't just take it off and get it painted.
Personally, the CF on white looks sporty, clean and classy to me. When its painted white you see it less.
Also, whoever said this is a German car and not a JDM makes no sense to me. JDM cars mimic real race cars or sports cars. The SLR McLaren 722 edition comes with a carbon fiber front lip, that no JDM to me and more of a German Muscle car then a E55. Carrera GT, Enzo, and many other exotics all have carbon fiber exposed. Hell even the 65 series cars have a carbon fiber engine cover just for show! Not to mention the CLK Black Series and SLK Black Series all have carbon fiber on the exterior. Again, more German muscle.
